A Little About Me

Let's get to know each other

My name is Theresa Powell

In the heart of Tennessee, where the rolling hills meet the sky, resides a passionate photographer whose lens captures the beauty of life in all its vibrancy. With a deep-rooted love for portraits, nature, and lifestyle photography, my creative soul tirelessly seeks out the perfect moment, the fleeting expressions, and the breathtaking landscapes that undoubtedly define my artistic journey.

A little More about me

As a devoted mother, wife, and grandmother, I find inspiration in the precious bonds of family. Each weekend, you'd likely find me in the embrace of nature, perhaps with a camera slung over my shoulder, feeling the calming whispers of the winds as they guide my footsteps to hidden gems that long to be captured. It's more than just taking pictures; it's about embracing the essence of life, celebrating the moments that often go unnoticed, and breathing life into stories waiting to be told.

I believe that every click of the shutter is a step closer to preserving memories that will ignite warmth in the hearts of my family for years to come. Encouraged by my wonderful family, which serves as both my subject and my greatest cheerleaders, I strive continually to push the boundaries of my craft, rooted in love and unwavering support.

Amidst the tranquil sounds of nature, from rustling leaves to the gentle gurgle of nearby streams, I find clarity and solace. For me, each new walk unveils a world painted with vibrant colors, enticing textures, and brilliant light, a canvas that invites the spirit of exploration and creativity, I embraces life with open arms, always with my camera ready—because every moment, whether it be a sun-setter draped in golden hues, laughter shared under the trees, or the playful energy of my children, holds the potential for art woven through my unique narrative. Through my eyes, we each become aware that beauty exists all around us, waiting patiently to be discovered and cherished.
